- Booking Amount – 40% with PDC Cheques (Depends on EMI).
- Token money 5100/- for particular plot (book for 7 days.)
- Agreement charges Rs.1500/-
- Mutation charges additional, paid by consumer.
- Registry charges, Fees or other expenses paid by customer In EMI mode.
- Require document –
1. PAN card*,
2. ID Proof – Aadhar Card*, Passport, Voter ID,Electricity Bill,
3. Permanent / Residential Address Proof,
4. Passport size photograph-6.
